Family Therapy can happen in many different forms. At times there is a focus on parents, other times working with sibling sets or parent-child relationships.
As we determine the goals for therapy, we like meeting the entire family and deciding together which direction is best suited for your needs. We work with families in different stages of life and children at any age are always welcome.
Healing happens in community. Life presents challenges that affect us in unique ways, however, we are not alone in our struggles. Sharing stories, strengths, and learning as a group is shown to significantly reduce the individual burden of difficulties in life and can help to build increased resilience.
We believe that health starts with community and fun. We strive to provide events and space to foster this human need to connect to one another through games, workshops, discussion, and food.
