Starting Dec. 4 - Caring for Caregivers Group
This 10-week, virtual group is designed for caregivers (and members of their support system) who care for family members or close friends with chronic and/or progressive illness. Caregiving is often overwhelming and can feel like a thankless job. Caregivers frequently put their own physical and emotional health on the backburner when they are not able to take time or energy for themselves away from their caregiving duties. Caregivers may find themselves struggling to set healthy boundaries and grappling with resentments regarding their responsibilities, particularly if they feel unsupported. "Caregiver burnout" can manifest as feelings of loneliness, resentment, anger, and guilt.
This weekly online group starts Wednesday, December 4th from 1:00 - 2:30pm
Cost: $75 per week (sliding scale available on case-by-case basis)
