Life is full of ups and downs. It’s important to remember you don’t have to walk through it alone. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you journey to a place of wellness. My goal is to provide a safe place for open processing about life’s many challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, relational issues, and self-love. I am passionate about helping individuals, families and couples return to a place of balance in their lives.
