About Rae
I have previous work experience in the mental health field as administrative support, as a family law paralegal working with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, as an educator of neurodiverse children, and as a volunteer providing support to undocumented immigrants. Currently, I am receiving training at Seattle University as a systemic couples and families therapist.
Approach
My philosophy of therapy is a collaborative, integrative approach that incorporates a feminist and multicultural lens and draws from Solution-Focused, Attachment, Narrative, Transgenerational, and Play therapies. I believe that clients are the experts of their lives and together we can draw on your inherent strengths as a source of resilience and healing. My goal is to meet you with wholehearted presence, authenticity, and acceptance.
Details
I accept most Washington State Insurance Plans as well as an out of network rate of $40 per hour.
