I am currently an intern working on my Master of Arts in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. My masters work includes training for incorporating spirituality into therapy when requested by the client. Prior to beginning my masters work, I studied world religions at Cornell University. I am passionate about and value human connection. I believe that connection can breed joy and hope even (or perhaps especially) in our most difficult moments.
I truly love and believe in the process of therapy. It can be very dificult work, but my goal is to provide hope and acceptance to all of my clients. I am honored each and every time a client trusts me with their story. I am especially drawn to working with clients experiencing major life changes and transitions, pre-marital therapy, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, relationship issues, family conflict, women’s issues, and the perinatal period.
If you are reading this, I honor the strength that it has taken for you to begin this process and search for a therapist! If you are ready to invest in yourself and work on your relationships, you are in the right place.
