Being human is complicated: relationships are both beautiful and heartbreaking, our inner parts are often in conflict, and many of us are navigating identities that don't fit society’s norms. And yet, I believe nothing is fundamentally wrong with you or your relationships. The parts of you that feel stuck, hurt, or are hard to look at aren't problems to get rid of. They're trying to help. And there's usually a gift inside, once we learn what they've been protecting.
I'm a queer, nonbinary, non-monogamous, sex-positive therapist who's spent a decade in the communities I now serve: facilitating poly support groups, intimacy retreats, and coaching people through relationship and identity challenges.

I draw on parts work (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment theory, and Buddhism. These approaches see mind, body, and relationships as intertwined, and teach us that the wisdom we need is already inside. Some people find it through talking, others through moving the body or making art. However you process, I'm warm, curious, and I get in there with you. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along.
We're also shaped by family patterns, intergenerational stories, and larger systems: race, culture, patriarchy, and capitalism. These impact us all differently, and I broach them directly.
If something here resonated, I'd love to hear from you.
