At my core, I’m a person who cares very deeply about the experiences of others, especially those who have been told they are not enough (or too much). I am genuine, empathetic, neurodivergent, nerdy, and grounded; I’m a mom, wife, daughter, and sister. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am specially trained to work with more than one person at a time- to see patterns and hold vulnerable emotions safely. I specialize in neurodivergence, challenging parenting (and grandparenting) journeys, couple and family dynamics, and helping folks venture inside their dark places, pause, and heal. Like you, I'm a real person who learned how to be whole after many years of feeling like something was missing. I’d love to learn about you and your journey.
I believe strongly in choice, and tailor each session to your preferences, priorities, and emotional capacity. I am extensively trained in modalities that combine nervous system science with lived experience, including somatics, parts work, couple and family relationships, play therapy, and sensory integration. We can work with whatever feels helpful for you, including physical sensations, breath work, thoughts, emotions, relationships, and spirit. I view my role as a warm-hearted guide whose job it is to know the path as well as how to adapt it as we go along.
