I am a graduate student in Seattle University’s Couples and Family Therapy program. My path toward becoming a therapist has been shaped by a longstanding interest in people, relationships, and the ways our experiences with others influence how we understand ourselves and the world around us. Through previous helping roles, I discovered how meaningful it can be to create space for people to feel heard, understood, and supported through periods of growth and change.
I am passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, and the complexities that come with being human. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that no person exists in isolation. We are all shaped by our relationships, families, communities, cultures, and experiences.
I believe therapy is a space to slow down and become curious about the patterns, relationships, and stories that shape our lives. My approach is systemic and relational, with a particular interest in narrative and meaning-focused work. Rather than viewing you as a problem that needs to be fixed, I am interested in understanding your experiences within the larger context of your life and exploring the meanings you have made from them.
In our work together, we may explore the stories you hold about yourself and your relationships, where those stories came from, and whether they continue to serve the life and relationships you want to create. I strive to offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable, asking difficult questions, discovering new perspectives, and creating meaningful change.
