I have an MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, and before becoming a therapist, I spent time as a certified yoga instructor and pediatric sleep consultant—helping people connect more deeply with themselves and their families. That same thread—supporting people to feel grounded, connected, and understood—runs through everything I do in therapy.
Do you ever feel like you’re just going through the motions—juggling work, kids, or relationships—while secretly craving more connection, clarity, or ease? That’s what I love helping people with. I work with individuals, couples, and families to slow down, notice what’s really going on beneath the surface, and find practical ways to feel more like themselves and more connected to the people who matter most.
I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. With couples, I help partners reconnect, communicate in ways that actually feel heard, and navigate conflict with warmth and understanding—using EFT and Gottman-informed strategies. For individuals, I help untangle patterns, support personal growth, and offer tools that make change feel doable in real life.
If this feels like a fit, I’d be happy to connect and see how I can support you and your relationships.
I am in network with Premera as well as out of network coverage.
