Karen is a dedicated and passionate Marriage and Family Therapy student in her final year at National University. With a background in teaching both middle and elementary school students and experience in military-related communities, she brings a deep understanding of resilience, communication, and personal growth. Karen’s clinical focus is on working with teens and couples, helping them navigate challenges and build stronger relationships. When she’s not working or studying, she enjoys running, spending quality time with her husband and pre-teen son, and their two beloved dogs.
Karen aims to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported in their personal journeys. She believes in a holistic and collaborative framework, tailoring sessions to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Passionate about fostering growth and empowerment, Karen helps clients navigate their experiences at a pace that feels right for them. She believes that each person is the expert on their own life, and her role is to provide guidance and support as they work toward meaningful and fulfilling change.
Karen accepts most Washington State Insurance Plans as well as an out of network rate of $40 per hour.
