Before beginning clinical training at Syracuse University, I spent 15 years in the corporate world as a user experience designer and product manager, including work at Match.com and in healthcare technology.
I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2019 after living in Texas, California, and Pennsylvania. When I’m not reading, you’ll usually find me running tabletop games with friends, playing ice hockey, foraging for mushrooms, or exploring parks and trails with my wife and miniature schnauzer. Someday, I plan to finish earning my pilot’s license and learn how to sail.
As a therapist, I’m guided by curiosity and compassion. My work is grounded in family systems, relational patterns, and the ways our stories shape how we see ourselves and others. I draw from Gottman, psychodynamic, narrative, and emotionally-focused frameworks. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach, so you don’t have to explain how your brain works or justify your experience.
As a person with ADHD, I understand the lived experience of overwhelm, self-criticism, and feeling like you’re just trying to keep up with the rest of the world. I know how hard it can be to organize your life and create balance and structure.
Together, we’ll slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. During our sessions, we’ll work together to make sense of your emotions, uncover hidden needs, and untangle relational patterns so you can more authentically connect with yourself and others.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, and I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals and couples. With empathy, candor, and sometimes a little humor, I aim to co-create a therapy experience that feels meaningful, grounded, and genuinely supportive.
