Big feelings, self-doubt, overwhelm, and confusion can show up at any time. Therapy can be a safe place to work through what you have been feeling and gain clarity in determining your path.
I work with individuals, ages eight and older, who are navigating emotional challenges, adjusting to life transitions, identity development, and internal conflict. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of yourself—or supporting a child who is struggling to express big emotions—therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and emotion-focused therapy, which honors the idea that we all have different parts of ourselves shaped by our experiences. Together, we work to understand these parts with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment, and to strengthen a sense of inner confidence and self-leadership. With children, I lean on expressive methods such as art, play, and creative exploration, especially when emotions are difficult to put into words, allowing insight and healing to emerge in ways that feel natural and supportive.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their inner world at their own pace. My goal is to help clients develop greater emotional awareness, resilience, and trust in themselves—so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of connection.
