As a Licensed Couples + Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) and graduate of Seattle University’s MA in Couples & Family Therapy program, my work is relational and systemic. We exist within a web of relationships—with self, body, intimate others, and the natural world. Connection with ourselves deepens connection with life around us.
I work with individuals and a diverse landscape of relationships, including couples, non-monogamous partnerships, and families of all kinds. Together, we explore how past and present experiences shape your story and relationships, creating pathways toward greater connection and flourishing.

Therapeutic work lives at the precipice—between what was, is, and could be. It’s a process of storying; listening deeply for the ways you’ve come to understand yourself and how problems have saturated your sense of self, relationships, and life.
In our work together, you can expect a grounded space that invites depth, curiosity, and embodied presence. My counseling and therapeutic approach integrates Narrative and Experiential therapies—artfully separating you from the problem so we can explore what’s in the way of the life and relationships you deserve. When appropriate, I integrate EMDR to address how past experiences shape the present, supporting lasting and integrated change.
In my work, clients develop a more dignified and secure relationship with themselves and others, experiencing life with greater clarity, fulfillment, and connection. I hold a mirror to what you already know, shedding light on hidden patterns shaping your relationships, sense of self, and path forward.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to explore if we’re a good fit.

I am in network with Premera as well as out of network coverage.
