I am currently an intern through Seattle Pacific University, working toward my Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
My background consists of a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington and working at preschool and school settings. Although Seattle has been my home for the last 30 years, I have been fortunate to experience life through various cultures, including growing up in Poland. Some of my favorite current past times are spending time outdoors, travel and cooking big festive meals for family and friends.
My goal as a clinician is to help clients discover their own path towards empowerment and authenticity, fostering meaningful connection to self and others. I work from a systematic perspective, which allows me to recognize the interconnectedness we all share. I utilize a holistic, biopsychosocial- spiritual lens for assessment and therapy. This simply meaning factoring in biological, psychological, social and spiritual parts of who the client is. My intent is to provide a safe space where clients feel seen and understood and are able to tap into their own voice and innate yearnings which become pointers to the life they want to create and experience.
