I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works primarily with individual adults, couples, and adult child-parent relationships. I hold an MA in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University, and I come from a performing arts background, which informs my naturally curious and collaborative approach to therapy. I've lived on the East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest, as well as abroad, and these experiences have deepened my appreciation for the diverse contexts that shape who we are. Through my own life experiences, I've come to understand that connection, both with ourselves and with others, is essential to our wellbeing. I value authenticity, humor, and belonging, and I consider it a privilege to support people in their journey toward deeper clarity, connection, and growth.
I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and humor, creating a collaborative space where you're the expert of your own experience. I believe you already have what you need within you, and together, we can explore these inner resources. My work draws from experiential, narrative, somatic, mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches that honor the relationships, family dynamics, and cultural contexts that shape us. I believe the stories we tell about ourselves profoundly influence our lives, and that making space to fully experience our emotions, the ones that feel comfortable and the ones that feel messy, is essential to growth and transformation. Sometimes this work can be hard. It requires building our capacity to lean into the tough stuff and get comfortable with uncertainty, and in doing so, we invite real change and deeper connection.
My work is anchored in the belief that therapy can be a homecoming: to ourselves and to our relationships. With individuals, we explore overlooked or suppressed parts of yourself, make sense of past experiences, and untangle patterns that no longer support you. With couples, we bring awareness to familiar dynamics, practice new ways of interacting, and explore the unspoken thoughts, feelings, and needs that often get lost. Whether you come alone or with someone else, my hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, heard, and more connected.
