I am in my final year of the MA program in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I value creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, infused with humor, and grounded in holistic and humanistic person-centered approaches. I believe that every person is inherently full of strengths and possesses the intrinsic resources needed for growth and healing. It is an honor to collaborate with clients as they explore these inner resources, honoring their role as the experts of their own experiences.
I approach therapy with a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, recognizing that it holds valuable insights and experiences. I believe in the possibility of always returning home to oneself and reconnecting with one's authentic identity and values. I honor diverse experiences and respect the unique backgrounds and perspectives each client brings to the therapeutic space. I believe our lives are shaped through a complex web of relationships and influences, such as family dynamics, social systems, and cultural contexts.
My therapeutic style is informed by narrative and experiential therapy, mindfulness, and somatic exercises. These approaches may help clients connect with their stories, experiences, and bodily sensations, fostering deeper self-awareness and healing. I am here to support you on your journey, providing a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we can explore your strengths, navigate challenges, and uncover new possibilities for growth and transformation.
I accept most Washington State Insurance Plans as well as an out of network rate of $40 per hour.
