I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) who completed my Masters in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I primarily work with individual adults, couples, and families, including adult parent–adult child relationships. Through a broad range of life experiences, I have come to understand that connection—both with ourselves and with others—is one of the most essential aspects of the human experience.
I approach my work with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity, creating a collaborative therapeutic space where humor can emerge naturally alongside deeper exploration. I believe that every person is inherently full of strengths and possesses the intrinsic resources needed for growth and healing. It is a privilege to support clients as they explore these inner resources, always honoring their role as the experts of their own experiences.
I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from experiential, narrative, person-centered, somatic, mindfulness, and attachment-based perspectives. I view our lives as shaped by an intricate web of relationships, family dynamics, social systems, and cultural contexts. I believe that the narratives we carry about ourselves and our relationships profoundly shape our lives, and that making space to fully experience our emotions is just as essential to healing and growth.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we can always return to ourselves—reconnecting with our authentic identity and values. With individuals, this often means exploring identity, clarifying values, making sense of past experiences, and letting go of patterns such as people-pleasing or self-abandonment that no longer support growth and well-being.
With couples, I support partners who long for deeper connection but feel stuck in familiar patterns that no longer feel helpful. Together, we bring awareness to these dynamics, practice new ways of interacting that foster connection, and surface unspoken thoughts, feelings, and needs. This collaborative work can foster deeper understanding, emotional intimacy, and renewed closeness.
Whether working with individuals or couples, I aim to create a non-judgmental, collaborative space where insight, healing, and transformation become possible.
I am in network with Premera as well as out of network coverage.
