Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the technology industry as both an employee and executive. That chapter of my life offered a deep education in ambition, depression and the search for meaning. Growing up in a large Filipino-White family in California, I also navigated questions of cultural identity and spirituality. These personal journeys now shape my passion for supporting individuals, children, and groups in both therapeutic and retreat settings.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University where I receive rigorous systemic training. I am also pursuing certification as a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, deepening my exploration of body, spirit, and healing. Alongside formal training, I continue to prepare myself for this work through communal grief practice, music, dance, art, and time in nature; spaces that remind me of our shared humanity and capacity for renewal.
My work is grounded in structural and narrative therapy, and I often weave in somatic awareness to bring the whole self into the room. I see therapy as a collaborative, client-led process—holistic and integrative rather than one-size-fits-all.
In session, I pay close attention to what is unfolding between us in the present moment. By engaging with the “live” dynamics of the therapeutic relationship, we can notice relational patterns as they emerge and experiment with new ways of being. This process often opens the door to insight, healing, and transformation.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, express your needs, and connect with your own wisdom. I resonate deeply with Ram Dass’s reminder that “we are all just walking each other home.” I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have a particular interest in working with those curious about how culture, identity, trauma, and spirituality intersect in their lives.
I accept Ambetter, Community Health Plan of Washington, and Coordinated Care Washington State Insurance Plans as well as an out of network rate of $60 per hour.
