I am a current graduate student at Seattle University's Couples and Family Therapy Program. After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Washington, I volunteered at a local sexual assault clinic and had several wonderful fascinating, meaningful and motivating experiences with clients and coworkers that pushed me forward in becoming a Psychotherapist.
My desire as a Psychotherapist is to help people find the courage, strength and resiliency they have in themselves to be the kind of person they want to be, as well as being a place of safety, respect and understanding to heal from painful experiences and the daily stress of being a human.
In my free time I enjoy playing sports, cooking, listening to podcasts and reading. Golf in particular has been my obsession and has been a wonderful excuse to be out in nature, disconnect from technology, and be with friends enjoying time together.
I do not work with insurance but instead accept a flat session rate of $40 per hour.
