Grace is currently an intern through Seattle Pacific University, working toward her Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Prior to graduate school, Grace worked as a Certified Behavior Technician in the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field, specifically with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In working with these individuals, Grace also had the unique opportunity to work with their families, which is where her interest in family systems began.
Grace has a passion for understanding individuals and creating a safe space for communication. She believes each person’s unique experiences in life are meaningful to their current reality. Grace enjoys using a solution-focused approach to help clients meet their goals and emotional needs. She also focuses on mindfulness and allowing space to explore new, unfamiliar, or even uncomfortable emotions.
In her free time, Grace enjoys reading, creative writing, painting, film photography, and exploring nature. She practices meditation daily and focuses on the importance of self-care and a balanced life.
