I am a current master’s candidate at Antioch University Seattle completing my degree in Couple & Family therapy with concentrations in Art Therapy and Sex Therapy.
I have spent the last five years working with eating disorders and utilizing a strength-based approach. I have a background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems.
I enjoy the creative process and identify as an artist. I find joy and pleasure outdoors in nature and travel. I love my cats and appreciate the comfort animals can provide.
I enjoy working with folx who wish to gain insight into their human experience and own their own story. My hope is to offer a safe space to explore their authentic self through a blend of talk therapy and creative processing. My goal is to meet folx where they are at with compassion, curiosity and empathy.
I am body positive and aim to create an environment of inclusivity for everyone to engage in the therapeutic process. Everyone deserves a safe space to explore their story and experiences, it is a privilege to meet folx where they are at in their journey in a non-judgmental manner.
